Established for over 25 years, we are an independently owned company processing beef for meat wholesalers, manufacturers and caterers.
Based in Coventry in a modern EC approved factory, we employ 50 people and process in excess of 200 tons of beef per week. We source our beef from livestock farmers known for their expertise in rearing top class beef.
All meat shipped by our company has full traceability backed by the Ministry of Agriculture Beef Labelling Scheme, of which we are a member.
We specialise in producing vacuum-packed beef that is matured for at least 10 days to further enhance the eating quality and flavour.
